By accessing graceandgrime.com or requesting services from Grace & Grime Pressure Washing, you agree to the following terms.

Services:

Grace & Grime Pressure Washing provides residential exterior cleaning services including pressure washing, soft washing, house washing, roof cleaning, driveway cleaning, deck cleaning, fence cleaning, and gutter cleaning in Franklin, Greenwood, and surrounding Johnson County, Indiana.

Quotes & Estimates:

All quotes are estimates based on information provided at time of request. Final pricing may vary based on actual property conditions assessed at time of service. We will communicate any changes before beginning work.

Scheduling & Cancellations:

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather conditions that would affect service quality or safety.

Customer Responsibilities:

Customers are responsible for ensuring water access is available at the property, pets and people are kept clear of work areas during service, and fragile or valuable items near work areas are moved or disclosed prior to service.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, contact us within 24 hours of job completion and we will make it right.

Payment:

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and electronic payment. Invoices are sent via email and SMS with a direct pay link.

Limitation of Liability:

Grace & Grime Pressure Washing carries general liability insurance. In the event of damage caused by our negligence, our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the affected area, not to exceed the total value of the job. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, deteriorating surfaces, or conditions not disclosed prior to service.

SMS Communications:

By submitting your phone number through our website or verbally consenting during scheduling, you agree to receive SMS communications from Grace & Grime Pressure Washing including appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages. Reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
